All images, text, video, music, animations, logos and files are protected by copyright law. Use or reproduction in any way of any PauerTuning.com content is prohibited without the express written consent of Pauer Tuning LLC. Pauer Tuning is in no way affiliated with Porsche, VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Volvo and Saab. All instances of the Porsche, VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Volvo and Saab names are for reference only.

General Disclaimer

All Pauer Tuning LLC products are for OFF ROAD USE ONLY. The buyer assumes all risk associated with the use, installation or functionability of any and all Pauer Tuning LLC products and agrees to hold Pauer Tuning LLC, their agents, employees and distributors harmless for any injury, loss, damage, death; including any and all incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of any and all Pauer Tuning LLC products even if said product is deemed defective. Any implied warranties are limited to replacement of ONLY the original parts that were provided by Pauer Tuning LLC and will not cover any additional time, labor or parts that may be necessary. All warranty claims are handled at the sole discretion of Pauer Tuning LLC. All warranty / liability claims are null and void if any Pauer Tuning LLC product is ever used in Competition and/or Track events, even if that is the implied application. All Pauer Tuning LLC products are for OFF ROAD USE ONLY. Pauer Tuning LLC reserves the right to make any changes to this disclaimer, its products and/or its warranty procedures at any time without prior notice to its customers. If Pauer Tuning LLC products are being purchased for resale or installation in any other vehicle than that which is owned by the original purchaser, it is his/her responsibility to notify the end user of these terms prior to their use of said product. All legal disputes are to be held in the courts of the county of Maricopa in the state of Arizona and decisions will be limited to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. If for any reason these terms cannot be met by the purchaser and/or end user, the product must be returned, unused, within 5 business days for a full refund of the purchase price. Failure to return any Pauer Tuning LLC product within the allowed time will signify that the purchaser and/or end user agrees to abide by the terms set forth above.

Domestic Orders:

Unless otherwise arranged by you, all orders will be shipped by USPS Priority service. Other shipping services are available at current rates. Please let us know in the “comments” section of your shopping cart if you’d prefer a different method. Additional charges may apply and must be paid in full before item will ship.

International Orders *Subject to additional shipping charges payable before item will ship.

We will work with you to find the best and most cost effective service and keep you up to date with your item’s carrier and tracking information (when available).

Returns:

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase for a complete refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. If you wish to return a product for any reason, you must contact us at sales@pauertuning.com prior to sending your package back. Products must be unused and unopened. There are no returns on used parts or special order items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
